FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to the claimant’s petition to review an order of Administrative Law Judge Coughlin (ALJ) dated July 20, 2004. On January 11, 2005, we received a notice from claimant’s counsel stating the claimant wishes to withdraw the petition to review.

We consider the claimant’s notice as a motion to dismiss the appeal. The motion shall be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the ALJ’s order dated July 20, 2004, is dismissed with prejudice.
