FINAL ORDER
The respondents sought review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Walsh dated July 14, 2010. This matter is before us pursuant to the respondents’ Withdrawal of Petition to Review. The motion states that the respondents do not wish to pursue their appeal from the July 14, 2010 order, and desire to withdraw the petition to review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Motion to Withdraw Petition to Review is granted, and the petition to review the ALJ’s order dated July 14, 2010, is dismissed with prejudice.
