FINAL ORDER

The claimant filed a Petition to Review an order of Chief Administrative Law Judge Felter (ALJ) dated December 28, 1998. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition to Review.

On August 23, 1999, claimant’s counsel moved to withdraw the Petition to Review. As grounds, counsel stated that, the “the parties have reached an amicable settlement of the issues addressed in the Petition to Review.”

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s motion is granted and the claimant’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated December 28, 1998, is dismissed with prejudice.
