IN RE DRAKE, W.C. No. 4-429-968 (05/06/02)

IN THE MATTER OF THE CLAIM OF DAUNYA DRAKE, Claimant, v. SNO-WHITE LINEN UNIFORM RENTAL, INC., Employer, and PINNACOL ASSURANCE, Insurer, Respondents.

W.C. No. 4-429-968Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
May 6, 2002

ORDER OF REMAND
The respondents seek review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Friend (ALJ) dated January 15, 2002. We remand for completion of the record.

In their petition to review, the respondents designated “the complete Division of Administrative Hearings File.” The file includes transcripts of three separate hearings. The transcript of hearing for June 6, 2002, reflects the ALJ admitted into evidence documents submitted by the respondents. Apparently, these documents were labeled as respondents’ exhibits A through K. (Tr. June 6, 2000. pp. 25-34). However, the record submitted for review does not contain these exhibits. Therefore, the matter must be remanded for completion of the record by inclusion of all documents which were admitted into evidence.

IT IS THERFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the ALJ for completion of the record. When the record is complete, the matter shall be retransmitted for our review.
