FINAL ORDER
This case is before us pursuant to the claimant’s petition to review the Corrected Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order issued by Administrative Law Judge Friend on May 25, 2011. Claimant’s counsel has now filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the petition to review. The motion is granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the ALJ’s May 25, 2011 order is dismissed with prejudice.
