IN RE YEAMAS, W.C. No. 4-312-392 (4/20/00)

IN THE MATTER OF THE CLAIM OF JEANNIE L. YEAMAS, Claimant, v. MAURICES, INC., Employer, and PLANET INSURANCE, Insurer, Respondents

W.C. No. 4-312-392Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
April 20, 2000

FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to a “Motion for Approval of Stipulation of Parties.” The motion is a joint one signed by counsel for the claimant and counsel for the respondents

In this case, Administrative Law Judge Friend (ALJ) entered an order on July 23, 1999. The claimant and the respondents filed separate petitions to review. The parties’ joint motion states that they have reached a full and final settlement, and that consideration of the pending appeals is “unnecessary and a waste of judicial resources.” Consequently, the parties request dismissal of the appeals. Under these circumstances, we grant the parties’ joint motion for dismissal

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ petitions to review the ALJ’s order dated July 23, 1999, are dismissed with prejudice
