ORDER OF REMAND
Respondents U.S. Home and Old Republic Insurance Company (collectively Old Republic respondents), seek review of orders of Administrative Law Judge Felter (ALJ Felter) and ALJ Mattoon. We remand for completion of the record.
Apparently, ALJ Felter issued an order in September 2002 holding the Old Republic respondents liable for the claimant’s industrial injury. On January 13, 2003, ALJ Mattoon entered an order requiring the Old Republic respondents to pay specific benefits. The Old Republic respondents seek review of both orders.
The file transmitted for our review does not contain ALJ Felter’s order, nor does it contain a record of any of the proceedings before ALJ Felter. The brief of the Old Republic respondents makes specific reference to evidence allegedly considered by ALJ Felter.
Under these circumstances, the matter must be remanded for completion of the record by inclusion of ALJ Felter’s order together with the designated record of the proceedings before ALJ Felter. When the record is complete, the matter may again be transmitted for our review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the Division of Administrative Hearings for completion of the record. Once the record is complete, the matter shall be transmitted for our review.
