FINAL ORDER

The pro se claimant filed a Petition to Review a Supplemental Order entered by the Director of the Division of Workers’ Compensation (Director) dated March 18, 1996, which determined that the claim is closed. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the Director’s order.

On June 14, 1996, the parties entered into a full and final settlement of the claim. The parties’ Settlement Agreement was approved by Administrative Law Judge Wells on June 26, 1996. In view of the ALJ’s order the arguments raised in the claimant’s Petition to Review are moot.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the Director’s Supplemental Order is dismissed.
