ORDER

This matter is before the Industrial Claim Appeals Panel pursuant to an order issued by the Court of Appeals dated, March 19, 1998, in case No. 97CA1845. Mandate issued on April 21, 1998. Based upon the parties’ Stipulation for Full and Final Settlement and Release of all Claims, which was approved by ALJ Henk on February 23, 1998, the Court dismissed the appeal with prejudice and remanded the matter with directions to remand the case to the Division of Workers’ Compensation.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is remanded to the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
