The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended William Lloyd Benigsohn (Attorney Registration No. 29331) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, all but sixty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation, effective November 24, 2008. Respondent knowingly neglected two client matters and knowingly failed to communicate with both of these clients. He also made a misleading statement to his client in one of the matters. Finally, Respondent negligently practiced law while administratively suspended from the practice of law. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4, 5.5, 8.4(c), and 8.4(d).
