FINAL ORDER
The respondents filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Felter dated October 23, 2006. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition for Review.

On March 16, 2007, the respondents moved to withdraw their Petition to Review, on the grounds that the parties have settled this claim on a full and final basis.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the order of Administrative Law Judge Felter dated October 23, 2006 is dismissed with prejudice.
