FINAL ORDER
The respondents filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Stuber dated April 13, 2005 and an order of Administrative Law Judge Mattoon dated February 17, 2004. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition for Review.

On September, 2005, the respondents moved to withdraw the Petition to Review on grounds the parties have “successfully negotiated a settlement” of the case.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the order of Administrative Law Judge Stuber dated April 13, 2005 and the order of Administrative Law Judge Mattoon dated February 17, 2004, is dismissed with prejudice.
