IN RE GORDON, W.C. No. 4-183-933 (11/24/97)

IN THE MATTER OF THE CLAIM OF BOGDAN GORDON, Claimant, v. MAYFLOWER TRANSIT, INC., Employer, and GREAT PLAINS INSURANCE CORP. and/or CREDIT GENERAL INSURANCE, Insurer, Respondents.

W.C. No. 4-183-933Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
November 24, 1997

ORDER OF REMAND

The respondents seek review of orders of Administrative Law Judge Erickson (ALJ), dated December 29, 1995, and March 13, 1997. We remand for completion of the record.

The file transmitted for review contains the ALJ’s order dated March 13, 1997, and a transcript of the related hearing held on January 15, 1997. However, the file does not contain the ALJ’s order dated December 29, 1995, nor transcripts of the hearings held on October 31, 1995 and November 13, 1995. All of these items were designated as part of the record in the respondents’ “Petition for Review and Order for Transcripts.”

Under these circumstances, we are unable to review the respondents’ arguments concerning the 1995 order. The matter must be remanded for completion of the record by inclusion of the appropriate order, evidence, and transcripts. Once the record is complete, the case shall be retransmitted for review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the ALJ for completion of the record. On completion, the matter shall be retransmitted for our review.
